Lillie Grace Huston, 85 of Huntington passed away Sunday February 21, 2010 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was a graduate of Dallas Technical High School in Dallas, Texas, had worked at Huntington Memorial Hospital as a Nursing Aid, and was a member of Central Christian Church and Huntington Memorial Hospital Guild. She loved to draw.

Grace was born May 31, 1924 in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Robert and Ella M. (Morrison) Schoonover. On May 22, 1943 she married Norris D. Huston in Houston, Texas and he passed away October 9, 2004. She is survived by a son David A. (Lynn) Huston of Monticello, a daughter Sherry E. (Philip Powers) Huston of Columbus, Ohio, 2 grandchildren Michael D. (Leigh) Huston and Davin H. (Nicole) Huston, 3 great-grandchildren Allison, Adam, and Claire, a brother Carl (Mary Elisha) Schoonover of Dallas, Texas, and a sister Mary Lynn of Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by a brother Clayton Schoonover.

Visitation will be held Wednesday February 24, from 6-8 pm at Deal-Rice Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel. Funeral services will be Thursday February 25 at 10 am at the funeral home with Dr. Sam Young and Pastor Chris Hayden of Central Christian Church officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory.
