Patricia R. Sober, 85 of Huntington, IN and formerly of Alpena, Michigan, passed away Thursday March 4, 2010 at 7:05 am at Tipton House, Huntington. She was a homemaker, member of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Alpena, and enjoyed playing cards and Bingo.

Patricia was born October 13, 1924 in Alpena, Michigan, the daughter of Enoch and Florence (Meharg) Chapleski. On November 11, 1950 she married Alfred Sober in Alpena and he passed away August 30, 1964. She is survived by a son Rick (Rose) Sober of Huntington, 3 grandchildren Jonathan Sober, David Sober, Angela Sober all of Huntington, and a brother Dr. John Chapleski of Flushing, MI.

Visitation will be held Wednesday March 10 from 5-7 pm with a service at 6:30 pm at Deal-Rice Funeral Home- Huntington Chapel with Father John Pfister officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Alpena, MI.
