Bonnie “Sue” Stephan, age 83, of Huntington, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 9:23 am at Parkview Huntington Hospital. She had worked at Pyle Industries, Triad-Utrad, and had owned the Corner Tavern in Andrews. In her “retirement” she cleaned houses. Bonnie was an avid crocheter, and enjoyed shopping and going to garage sales.
Bonnie was born October 15, 1938, in Fulton, KY, a daughter of Othy Clifton and Katherine (Boundrant) Campbell. She married Lewis “Bud” Walker and he survives in Huntington. She married Howard “Soc” Stephan and he passed away. She is survived by son Stephen (Cantrenia) Walker of Ligoneer, daughter Kimberly (Dave) Shively of Huntington, step-daughters Shirley Fisher of Andrews and Sharon Biehl of Huntington, step-sons Mike Stephan of Huntington and Lawrence Stephan of Marion, 30 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband Howard she was preceded in death by step-sons Mark Stephan, Denny Stephan and Hank Stephan, one grandson, two great-grandsons and three sisters.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 29 from 10 am to 12 pm preceding the 12:00 pm funeral service at Deal-Rice Funeral Home- Huntington Chapel. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Andrews.
