Ken R. Brennan, age 70, of Huntington, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021, at 8:46 pm at Parkview Huntington Hospital. He served in the US Army in Vietnam, and retired in 2017 from Zimmer in Warsaw where he worked as a machinist, . Ken was a member of North Webster American Legion Post #253, enjoyed fishing, and was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, and Kentucky Wildcats.
Ken was born July 8, 1950, in Fort Wayne, a son of Raymond Frank and Helen Rose (Guthier) Brennan. On October 9, 1971 he married his beloved wife of 49 years Margaret Drabenstot in Huntington, and she survives in Huntington. Also surviving are 2 sons Jason (Brandi) Brennan of Plymouth and Scott (Leonda) Brennan of South Bend, 2 daughters Angela (Matt) Steinberger of Fort Wayne and Jenny Pohler of Huntington, 13 grandchildren Joseph, Brooklyn, Jocelyn, Scott Tomas, Emma, Shelby, Harrison, Amelia, Madison, Grace, Isaac, Max and Aubrey. He was preceded by a sister Judy Brennan.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 12 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Deal-Rice Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel, and Wednesday January 13 from 10-11 am preceding the 11:00 am funeral service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
